Overview

In2 Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading AV Systems Integrator, who, due to increased workload are looking to bring on a Technical Support Engineer to be the initial point of contact for the clients who call into their Global Help Desk. Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring you maintain an upbeat, professional attitude towards customers Making sure customers receive quick and efficient technical support of AV and VC Solutions Respond effectively to customer inquiries and ensure you document interactions Ensuring you upkeep a case load whilst effectively handling other common tasks Take care of and respond to inbound phone calls, email inquiries and escalations from Technical Support Reps Take part in On-site technical troubleshooting and case remediation Ensure all training is kept up to date Skills, Abilities and Experience Communicate with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner Fantastic attention to details and great time management skills Proficient with workplace databases and tools Ability to troubleshoot basic to intermediate AV and Video Teleconferencing issues Good demonstration of AV room schematics as well as floor plans 2-3 Years experience with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Extron, Polycom & Cisco equipment Familiar with all AV cables, switchers, routers and connectors Manufacturer certifications (DMC-E, Biamp, etc) This role would suit anyone from a Technical Support, Technical Engineer, Service Engineer background who has worked in the AV, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing space in the London area.
