Overview
Occupational Health Advisor Full time permanent position Reading Salary 42k excellent benefits This is a rare opportunity to join a very well established in-house Occupational Health team. This is a full-time permanent position 37 hours per week. The team comprises of an Occupational Health Physician, Occupational Health Nurse and Occupational Health Technician on that site. You will also have plenty of support from a wider team and Occupational Health Manager. You will ensure the occupational health service delivery can develop further to meet business needs. Main responsibilities will be to cover- Case Management Health Surveillance Delivering well being activities Experience and qualifications Registered nurse with degree or diploma in occupational health Be on part 3 of the NMC register You will have good clinical knowledge and experience of case management, health screening/surveillance (including audiometry and spirometry) & undertaking health risk assessments A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory and operational requirements of this position is also required. In addition to this you will be personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships within all areas of the business.
