Overview
Alan Boswell Group (ABG) is looking for an Insurance Adviser to join the Personal Lines team in Norwich. About the role Our personal lines teams offer insurances such as house, car and travel to individuals, as well as providing landlords insurance. As an insurance adviser you will provide first-class customer service on every call, email and face-to-face enquiry, ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experience and receive the insurance that’s right for them and their needs. This is a fast-paced department so it would suit someone who thrives in an energetic and busy environment. What we’re looking for The successful candidate will need to be professional, yet friendly with a focus on customer service. Enthusiasm and motivation are essential, as is working as part of a team. To join our team you will need to be hard working with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail. A background of personal lines insurance within a broker is preferred, but we are happy to hear from candidates with general insurance experience.
