The founding directors of a whole of market, start-up mortgage broking business are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team and share the energy, sense of possibility and rewards, during an exciting period of growth. As the Mortgage and Protection Adviser you will deliver professional advice and alongside the senior leadership team, play an integral role in helping drive the business forward. Through an established, independent and award-winning multi-branch estate agency, you will be provided a continual source of client referrals. Offering advice and products that best suit the customer’s needs, you will contribute to the overall home-buying journey. The Mortgage & Protection Adviser will require the following key skills and experience: A thorough understanding of the Mortgage and Protection market A track record of providing professional Mortgage and Protection advice An ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues Able to showcase a consistent track record of achievement A high degree of organisation, accountability and responsibility Proficient in the use of mortgage related software A full driving licence The Mortgage & Protection Adviser will require the following professional qualifications: CeMap and/or similar industry-recognised qualifications Our client offers a mature and dynamic environment and in return for your commitment and success you will receive a highly competitive employed or self-employed package with a financial guarantee and equity participation, subject to qualification.
