The business recruits people into all sectors of business, so it could be a Finance Director for a leading Bank, to a Finance Controller for a small independent company. They cover assignments across the UK and have clients across the public and private sector. The roles will be varied, with client and candidate meetings being part of your role. You will learn to be a recruitment consultant from experienced people doing the job already, so training is ongoing and on the job. You will be taught how to talk to job seekers as well as clients, and how to make a sale. You should be capable of picking up the terminology and learning as you go as the timeframes are demanding. Trainee Finance Recruiter - Who You Are You will be a graduate or of graduate calibre and have a demonstrable track record of success in your experience to date.
