Early Years Co-Ordinator role/Phase Leader Are you an experienced Early Years Primary Teacher? Have you already worked in a co-coordinating role? Do you have excellent Early Years curriculum knowledge? Primary School Lambeth London 2 form entry School Inner London MPS/UPS plus TLR A brilliant Primary School situated in the heart of Lambeth is seeking to appoint an Early Years Co-ordinator/Phase leader to begin this September. This a full time class based position in direct contact with the School, where out of class planning and management time will be allocated to you. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is ambitious and driven to take this role as they will be "hitting the ground running" in this exciting School environment. Therefore, someone with excellent Early Years experience is essential. The right candidate will ideally be experienced as a Co-ordinator/Phase Leader, however the Head Teacher is open to looking at candidates looking to take the next step in their career - this candidate will need to have exceptional experience with some level of management however. A clear passion for Teaching and confidence in their abilities as a Teacher and Leader is ultimately what the School requires for this role. Roles can & will include: The establishment of a clear leadership and management in relation to maintaining and raising achievement for Early Year pupils. The creation and development of School policies and programmes to meet the need of Early Year students. The achievement of the highest calibre education to pupils. Working in partnership with EY Teachers and the Head Teacher as part of the management team Play a key role in the life of the School - events, meetings etc. Build great relationships between parents/guardians and the School Ensure the transition for Early Year into KS1 is smooth and effective for all pupils, parents/guardians and staff Adhere and implement the curriculum effectively and monitor and train all Staff in it The Primary school is ready to interview straight after the Easter holidays.
