Service Manager - North Humberside We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our clients service department in Hull. Experience within the role in a franchised motor dealership is ESSENTIAL. Full Time, Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who is looking to take the next step with the security and support of a dynamic dealer group that has an excellent reputation for looking after its staff and delivering excellent customer service. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring customer's cars are serviced and repaired to the highest possible standards. This role requires a great deal of product knowledge, good communications, selling and customer service skills. You will be required to promote products and explain the value of additional work to customers. Therefore, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
