Technical Maintenance Supervisor - Liverpool Street , London My client is a well established leading building maintenance service provider, with an iconic contract based in Liverpool Street, London. Due to this contract going live in March, after completion of its interior fit out. My client is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to assist in the witnessing and commissioning, mobilisation and then go on to run the M&E operations moving forward. The successful candidate will look after the day to day engineering operation as well as managing a team of engineers, sub contractors and client on-site. The ideal candidate will come with previous experience of a Technical Supervisors position, with the motivation to progress into management due planned growth of the contract. Job Specification: Supervising a team of 5 engineers and responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the building and work spaces. Assisting with plant room faults and technical issues. Ensure strong communication clients Manage and distribute PPMs. Organise sub contract labour. Take part and lead on annual building shut downs. Organise labour and the procurement of materials and parts. Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc. Attend client meetings and assist in monthly reports Salary & Package: £50,000.00 Per Annum Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0 25 Days Annual Leave Pension, Training and Clear Progression into a management role due to planned contract growth. The Person: City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering HV-AP Demonstrate strong communication and people skills Able to write report and carry out quotes.
