Overview
A&F Chambers are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a very successful, specialist business on a full time, permanent basis in Halstead, Colchester. Working in a small finance team, duties include but are not limited to: Inputting invoices and payments onto sage daily Checking European VAT numbers and input of EU sales list Arranging deliveries and collections with different couriers Ordering stationary supplies and packaging Dealing with customer questions and queries Keeping up to date with emails Post General administration duties. Person Specification: Previous experience within a similar role IT Literate, with knowledge of Sage 50 & Microsoft Office Packages Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated with a good eye for detail Details: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hr for lunch Salary up to £20,000 p.a. Free parking 4 weeks holiday a year bank holidays
