FP&A Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis - global FTSE business of choice - £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience Your new company A global FTSE business of choice are recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis. You will work closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst in the analysis, forecasting and reporting of all UK Wholesale Operations and Support Centre costs. You will join a high profile friendly analytical team, with the opportunity to grow and develop, plus a culture of staff development and internal promotion. Your new role Reporting to a passionate, FP&A Manager, you will develop a detailed knowledge of the business' performance, understand key drivers (internal and external factors) and utilise this to forecast how these impacts will shape the results in future months. You will work with various departments including marketing, HR and the leadership team facilitate decision making based on analysis provided. Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities within the business. Perform variance analysis as part of the month end process. Drive a culture of continuous improvements, looking for ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our forecasting and analysis processes. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree level educated or studying towards your AAT, ACCA, CIMA qualified with strong analysis, business partnering experience. You will be hungry to grow, develop and make a difference. What you'll get in return Salary level £24,000 - £30,000 (depending experience) plus benefits.
