One of the UK's top developer that score highly on the NHBC league tables. The Project A multi-phase development of houses and apartment with approx 2 years left to run. The Role Working under the supervision and management of the Site Supervisor and Chargehand. Erecting scaffolding/tower on site. Assisting the trades. Clearing areas of work to ensure it is a clean and safe environment to work in. Movement of building materials. Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role. About You You will need a current and valid CSCS card. Some previous experience is preferred but not essential. Ideal if you are currently at college studying to become a Carpenter.
