Family Legal Secretary Our client a traditional law firm based in Chelmsford established for over 100 years . Have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join their successful Family team. Forward-thinking and progressive offering a complete range of legal services to business and private individuals providing a first class service to people and businesses throughout Essex. The Role You will provide full secretarial support to the fee earner and family mediation team Manage diaries Screen e-mails, telephone calls and post Open and closing files Audio typing Using digital dictation, Drafting letters and responses with minimal supervision Meeting with clients taking notes Support Fee Earners with the preparation of bills Liaising with clients both face to face and over the telephone , solicitors, courts Dealing with Child care , Divorce, Separation, Co-Habitation, Finances ,Civil partnerships Preparation of trial bundles General administration ,including filing ,photocopying, faxing and scanning The Candidate You will be an experienced Family Legal Secretary, Fast and accurate typing skills including digital audio systems Experience with case management Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook , previous experience using case management systems Able to work on your own initiative You will have a positive manner in dealing with clients Excellent communication skills and a sympathetic ear able to work as part of a team Pleasant working environment Apply Now.
