Our client is a software solutions startup based near Shoreditch. They’re looking for a Software Advisor / Account Coordinator with good business and technical acumen and a basic understanding of the SaaS or software market, to join their fast-paced, close-knit London HQ. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product management, customer success and project strategy. We’re looking for a strong phone and email coordinator, who can quickly understand requirements, cope with technical complexity and adapt to different circumstances. Overtime you will work with software vendors and partners, help shape the program and get involved in managing the tech that powers it all. Our client is offering a collaborative and productive working environment; you will need to be a proactive and results-oriented individual who is tech minded and able to build rapport with clients, communicating confidently and warmly. You will be hungry to grow and develop your skillset, but most importantly our client is looking for a go-getting, passionate attitude. Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience in a Software Advisor / Tech Support / Customer Advisory role and if you've worked for a tech company/startup then even better Key attributes needed: Proactive | Dynamic | Focused | Smart | Enthusiastic | Motivated | Eager to learn What’s on offer: Base salary: £25k - £32k Uncapped bonus structure Stock options Pension scheme What we’re looking for: Experience in a similar customer support / software advisor / account coordinator role Experience gained within a Tech Company / Startup is a bonus Graduate with a keen interest in business, technology, statistics or analytics Experience working with CRMs, project management and spreadsheet software Ability to foster and grow client relationships Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Good business and technical acumen Experience working with large datasets (Excel, Google Sheets etc) This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person; is it you?
