Family Solicitor

Role Title: Family Solicitor Location: Worthing Salary: Dependent on Experience We are recruiting for a Family Solicitor in the Worthing area with our well established client. You will be joining a successful and reputed team and will given the opportunity to develop your own successful team where your role will include delivering high quality advice and representation across a comprehensive range of Private family work, which will consist of mainly divorce and family matters.Business development and networking will be required to build up your caseload and to ensure client relationships are maintained. For this family Solicitor position, you will need to have: - A minimum of 4 years post qualified experience as a Solicitor or a Legal Executive (essential) - Court experience - Strong IT skills - Willing to help with marketing and network activities (would be an advantage) - Working knowledge of computer-based client management systems - Confident to manage relationships at senior level - The ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to non-lawyers In return for your hard work, the successful family solicitor will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its lawyers, developing a close professional relationship with clients and supplying appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
