Senior .Net Developer

Software Developer required on a permanent basis for an industry leading client based in Marlborough. As a Software Developer, you will work within the Software Development team to develop web applications, you will also be involved in working from the design phase and span the development lifecycle including testing, go-live, post-implementation support and feedback. This is an exciting time to join us where you will get the opportunity to support us in a creative and imaginative environment building on a range of technologies for C# ASP.Net and MVC based frameworks with a view to develop a more open platform using .Net Core. The successful candidate will have previous commercial experience in web development or be an experienced developer. As a Software Developer, your day-to-day role will include but is not limited to: Design and implement of web based applications & services to meet the requirements of metrics product software suite. Follow the necessary software life cycles to ensure successful introduction into production and customer deployment. Develop new functionality on our existing software products. Complying with quality procedures to meet expectations in terms of product quality and reliability. Generate functional requirements and design specifications from business requirements.
