Your salary will increase substantially throughout and at the end of the training period. The role of a TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER is a great opportunity to learn a new trade from the ground up and really build yourself a solid career from a basic level of knowledge. The role is to join an existing team of professionals who you will be able to receive training, guidance and support from. In order to thrive in the role, you will need to enjoy working in a customer support environment and you will need to be able to excel under pressure. The company are based in open plan, luxury offices, where they have created a natural buzz and team feel to them. As a TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER , you will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management and service delivery for multiple properties or sites. THE SALARY & BENEFITS Permanent, full time basis. Starting salary of £19,000 to £21,000 with clear progression routes up to £30,000 within 2 years - once exam passed. A £1,000 increase to salary takes place after initial passing of probationary period (6 months). THE JOB The main duties included within the role of TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER , are: Taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance or cleaning requirements. Booking in engineers or other relevant companies to visit customers properties/sites to carry out works. Listening to customers issues or complaints and creating solutions for their needs. Attending properties to carry out site inspections and visit customers. Participate or lead customer facing meetings (potentially day or evening). Meeting with suppliers and attending supplier meetings. Monitoring the financials of the property/site, including budget management of site expenditure. Working in a fast paced, reactive role that involves you having to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and think fast on your feet.
