Overview

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit two contentious Construction lawyers – a Solicitor or Barrister of 0 to 2 years’ PQE/Call and another of 3 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team acts for Employers, Insurers, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors in contentious matters and they are invariably resolved by way of mediation, adjudication or High Court proceedings. The team also acts for clients in International Arbitration matters and they also provide general Construction law advice. The successful candidates will have an interest and appetite for contentious Construction work and will mainly have experience of contentious Construction law, with practical experience of the Pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, TCC Litigation, Mediation, Adjudication and ideally, Arbitration.
