Overview
This progressive and expanding firm has a new opening to suit an experienced associate with 3 years PQE to join their growing corporate team in Birmingham. Our client has an established reputation for corporate and commercial law, handling transactional and advisory work including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and business acquisitions and sales for a roster of established clients including owner-managed businesses, SME partnerships, local government bodies, housing and third sector organisations. To add strength to this growing team, which is poised for a very strong 2020, the firm is keen to appoint an ambitious corporate associate with strong corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a corporate lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the West Midlands from another centre or London. With at least 3 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to use your networking, client relationship management and business development skills to support new and existing clients as well as helping to mentor and supervise a junior lawyer.
