Overview

Leading City IP practice seeks a newly or recently qualified IP lawyer to join the patents team. Applicants for this position will have completed a 6 month seat in IP, including exposure to patents litigation, at their training firm, and should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in focusing on patent litigation and in the life sciences and telecoms sectors. This is primarily a contentious IP / patents team although there may be the opportunity to do some non-contentious IP work if desired. Junior IP/patents associates play a key role on a range of High Court IP / patent litigation, enjoy a high level of client contact, and fully participate in business development and networking activities to further develop the IP practice.
