An exciting opportunity has just become available for a driven and determined corporate and commercial solicitor to join a well-known, national firm in their growing team based in Birmingham. This varied role will see you manage a broad caseload that will encompass both the public and private sector and will include procurement, innovation, a range of commercial contracts, intellectual property rights and collaboration and joint ventures. The successful candidate will be offered exposure to the firms long-standing, high profile client base along with a competitive salary and benefits package. Due to the structure of the team this firm are open to receiving CVs from corporate and commercial candidates who have from two to ten years post qualified experience and a clear enthusiasm for corporate and commercial law.
