A unique opportunity has arisen with a top tier, commercial law firm in Derby to join as a senior corporate solicitor. My client, a leading national law firm, has a long-standing presence in the East Midlands market, working with a range of clients from SME’s, private equity investors and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors. The Corporate Team has extensive expertise in advising business’ on the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, as well as corporate governance. Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to add to the team by hiring a mid-senior level corporate solicitor for the Derby office. The department prides itself on its collegiate and supportive culture and is able to deliver practical solutions to clients which meet their commercial requirements. The right candidate will be at least 5 years' PQE, with outstanding technical and client handling skills.
