The Role; NQ-3 PQE Family Solicitor/Legal Executive, Yeovil, Somerset: In this role, you will deal with all aspects of privately funded family work under the supervision of a highly experienced Partner. The work will include working on divorce, financial settlement, TOLATA, cohabitation agreements, pre and post-nuptials and children-related matters, etc. This role involves no legal aid work (the firm has a specialist who deals with that work, so you don't have to).
