As you will be working as part of a leading regional firm, there are excellent prospects on offer for you to progress as the team grows. The Role The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer to join their Ipswich Office. You will be working closely with the Partners within the Residential Property department and will play a pivotal role in business development to drive the department forwards and ensure future success, having the full support from heavy hitting regional firm. They are looking for a motivated Conveyancer, Associate or Senior Associate to join their experienced team of fee earners on a varied caseload, reporting directly to the Partner. This role will be business development focused where you will be encouraged to build on their existing client base on a local and regional level. You will deal with a broad caseload, including: Buying & Selling Transfer of Equity Mortgages and Remortgages and Tenancy agreements the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
