I have been asked by one of Fawkes and Reese's key clients to assist in the appointment of an experienced Technical Manager. This business is a widely respected developer recognised for its eye-catching high-spec residential,and large mix-use regeneration schemes throughout London. The scheme is made up of 420 residential units across 3 blocks reaching 31 storeys in height with commercial and retail units on the ground floor. They are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Manager or Design Manager to join the scheme as a number 2 to the Senior Technical Manager and manage a small team of Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have worked on multi-unit residential schemes for a main contractor or developer from stage 3 onward.
