Customer Support Consultant Permanent Location: Birmingham £18,500 - £21,000 dependent on experience Closing Date: Friday 20 March 2020 CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT £18,500 - £21,000 dependent on experience bonus and a range of benefits, a full time experienced successful team member can achieve on target annual earnings (OTE) of £28,000 Permanent 35 hours per week In the heart of Birmingham city centre, in the iconic Wesleyan building, our Support Relationship Centre is a dedicated and hardworking team who strive to deliver exceptional customer service to our Financial Consultants and their customers. The role As a Customer Support Consultant, you will plan and carry out an appropriate level of customer contact to arrange the required levels of carefully considered and quality tailored first appointments, seminars and lunch and learns for our Financial Consultants. This is a fast-paced customer service contact centre where you will work alongside some fantastic colleagues in this busy and dynamic team. We seek experienced customer service professionals who are brilliant to do business with and who care about the result. Going above and beyond for our customers and our Financial Consultants will allow you to excel in this role. Are you the right person for the job? We’ll need you to commit to working a varied rota throughout the week - Mon to Weds 12pm-8pm, Thurs 11am-7pm and Friday 9am-5pm but NO WEEKENDS And we seek a personality You’ll be outgoing, confident and ideally have some sales experience, so you’re comfortable with negotiating and overcoming objections while keeping a positive professional manner at all times. Obviously it’s all about communication, so you will join us armed with a great engaging telephone manner and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Finally, you will love a target and by achieving your target there is the potential ability to earn up to £600 a month in bonus So what can you expect in return?
