Exciting Career Opportunity - Resource and Recruitment Administrator We are actively recruiting for a Resource and Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team. The role is perfect for somebody wanting to work within a small and friendly people team environment. Key tasks will vary and may include: Drafting and posting role vacancies CV formatting Designing Linked in adverts Screening and short-listing candidates to support recruiters Monitoring Advert Response Arranging interviews and following up interviews for recruiters Team events - organiser Travel and accommodation booking Administrational tasks typical within a HR, people and resourcing environment About You: An experienced administrator, excellent communicator and team player, proficient in the use of a PC and the use of Microsoft office software. You will have a meticulous eye to detail and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality. You will be a good multitasker, adept at managing priorities and achieving work to deadline. A professional telephone manner is essential. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, humour and pride to your standards of service and your role. A good understanding of recruitment activities is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
