Located in South Leicestershire with a diverse range of projects primarily in Healthcare & Residential sectors, this company offers room for progression within and opportunities to work on some exciting, industry leading projects across the UK. This company are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist to add to one of their existing teams. Your new role You will be responsible for producing technical working drawing packages using the latest ArchiCAD software and you will be there to support the Architects and Senior Technologists. Job duties may vary depending upon previous experience. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from estate master-planning to residential care homes. You will be responsible for job running projects for some of the organisations most reputable clients, from post planning stages through to completion. What you'll need to succeed You must be a technologist with 2-3 years post qualification experience where you have gained hands on, site and traditional contract running exposure. Experience within Healthcare or Residential would be of significant advantage. 3D software experience is essential. You must have the drive to progress and develop within the organisation and be a person that embraces change.
