Overview

You will join us as a Deputy Shop Manager for our Southampton shop Duties include supporting the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Assisting with recruiting and maintaining a large team of volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this outlet. Deputy Shop Manager Requirements: The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills along with the ability to work flexibly and cover other shops in the local area. The position offered is for 21 hours per week to include Saturdays on a shared rota. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety best practice.
