Overview
This high profile business have an opportunity for Sales Manager to take responsibility for generating new business opportunities with apparel and lifestyle companies within the UK and internationally A sales focused position where you find the ideal solutions. Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Logistics will include: Identifying new opportunities within different industry sectors from apparel to FMCG These will include sourcing potential customers who require ocean air and freight Meet and present to the potential customers and take responsibility for providing in depth information . This will include solutions , recommendations and costs . Negotiating the contracts and closing the business sales. Building strong on going business relationships and working closely with the in house stakeholders to ensure smooth transition Resolving day to day problems. The Person sought: Presently a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager you will currently be working with or have gained good experience within logistics operations . Previous experience of working with companies within the fashion and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and an additional European language will be beneficial. The position is one with flexibility to work from home as required . You will need to be open to travel within the UK or overseas The business are offering an attractive salary plus benefits
