We help Hiring Managers, HR Directors and Heads of Resourcing through their transformational journey through personalised RPO and MSP solutions. The Role: Following our latest Client win, we have an opportunity for a Contingent Workforce Advisor to join our team on-site. You'll provide management of the contingent workforce population and work with our on-site Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers, Contingent Workers, Suppliers and the Client's Global Procurement function. Also develop strong relationships with Beeline's (VMS System( Customer Operations Team as well as Avencia's Business Support Services Team in order to provide a best-in-class service & take ownership for ensuring Beeline is kept up to date and used daily for managing the contingent workforce recruitment and active population. Key Accountabilities: Provide advice & support to Hiring Managers, HRBPs and the Recruitment Team on contingent workforce recruitment Work closely with the Recruitment Team in operational delivery of the end to end contingent workforce System and operational usage of Beeline Adherence to operational legislative requirements (AWR, IR35) Working with the Compliance and Onboarding Advisor ensuring compliance records are completed Delivering the onboarding and off-boarding experience for continent workers Creating weekly and monthly reports on the contingent workforce population Skills & Experience: You'll have a customer-centric approach in attitude and output Be adept at using systems and data. Preferably with experience of using Beeline or another market leading VMS Plan effectively in advance, without being fazed if tomorrow doesn't look like today Spot opportunities to improve process and approach, and make it happen Articulate verbal and written communication, including MS Office Knowledge of contingent workforce legislation and operating practices in the UK Experience as a Contingent Workforce Advisor (MSP or in-house) or in client operational role for a VMS provider Other: This is an opportunity to join a start-up business with the security of a long-established parent company.
