Overview

I'm recruiting a Payroll Administrator for my Practice client based in Scarborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous payroll bureau experience to head up our payroll department providing payroll services to a range of clients across multiple business sectors. Inputting and checking payroll data such as starters/leavers, holiday pay, salaries, worked hours etc Calculating and entering statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP Ensuring AOE deductions are applied accurately Producing PAYE schedules for clients, calculating any deductions including student loans, employer’s allowance and CIS tax suffered Helping clients meet their obligations in relation to workplace pension regulations Dealing with RTI Filings and procedures and workplace pension submissions. Liaising with HMRC and pension providers as required Liaising with clients, acting as a point of contact for any queries Keeping up to date with new legislation Setting up new PAYE schemes with HMRC, plus in-house client files in both electronic and paper format Other ad hoc payroll duties that may arise Job Type: Full-time Experience: Payroll: 2 years For more information please call Tiffany Thornton Reed Practice
