Overview
Rutherford Briant are recruiting for an Outsourcing Manager for a Top 10 Accountancy Firm based in London. The role will essentially be managing the outsourcing/advisory team within London Outsourcing Managing a portfolio of outsourcing/advisory clients Key contact for client portfolio responsible for overseeing delivery of services to clients Involvement in strategic/forecasting advisory assignments Involvement in wider departmental managerial responsibilities Responsibility for client relationships and that they are maintained across the team Overseeing the team, making sure they are providing a full range of services from bookkeeping to cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. The role of Manager will be more involved with day to day client contact, management accounts and analysis. This role will require a strong multitasking with clear previous experience of managing a large volume of work, and ideally a team of junior staff. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and will thrive in a team environment. They will be ACA/ACCA Qualified with previous experience in a Practice environment. Strong knowledge of cloud accounting and good wider business knowledge is a must for this role.
