Store Manager - Central London, Creative Environment Exciting opportunity to a niche creative retailer Are you a hands-on leader with a charismatic approach who's able to enthuse staff and customers alike? If so, this is the role for you. We are looking to recruit a reliable, ambitious, creative and proactive individual In joining this established retailer you will be an ambassador in driving and building the brand awareness in the market, developing relationships, getting involved in corporate relationships and taking this store beyond its 4 walls. This role demands an open-minded person with a good eye for detail and a hands-on approach who will thrive on helping in motivating the team to ensure they offer an outstanding service to drive sales. To be considered for this position, you must have proven retail management or supervisory experience. Knowledge of artists' materials would be beneficial to your application but is not essential. Duties and Responsibilities; Drive team performance through effective communication on company vision and goals Be a leader from the front and bringing your team with you. Drive store sales and exceed on achieving in store KPI's Develop, coach and mentor your team to understand and execute their own Kpi's, through ownership. Create a welcoming and in store experience for your customers, excel on their expectations in visiting a unique in store environment. Maintain all Health and Safety standards in line with company policies and procedures. Have excellent communication skills to brief the team around you to be excited on shift to achieve their kpi's through excellent customer service. Managing the day to day running of a standalone store through companies expectations and policies.
