Reed Specialist recruitment are looking for individuals to join our client’s clinical hub. This is a highly rewarding role with an opportunity to make a real difference. The successful professional will be prioritising patients to ensure the most appropriate help is arranged, and where necessary give life-saving instructions. The role is varied, also dealing with requests from hospitals, GPs and other healthcare professionals, as well as enquiries from the general public. It is important you are able to stay calm under pressure whilst effectively receiving and recording information accurately. This is covering a 24/7 365 day service, with various shift patterns covering these hours (unsociable hour will be paid accordingly) The ideal professional will have a good standard of education to include 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language), or equivalent qualifications or experience, and good computer literacy. Some call-centre experience would be an advantage, but not essential. A full training programme will be provided with ongoing support within the role.
