Fully Remote Python Developer £40,000 - £50,000 PA Remote Working UK Offering full autonomy of working from home but with the support of an engaged and inclusive team Industry leading media and entertainment company providing software defined infrastructure to power up award winning TV, Film, CGI, Sports Broadcasts, commercials and music videos. As a Python Software Engineer you will be in charge of building reliable, maintainable, scalable back end service. Fast moving business, interesting industry. Work with bespoke integrated systems Develop and integrate programs and 3rd party applications Develop software and methodologies, shipping regularly Evaluate system architectures, develop validation plans and improve application performance You Will have proven experience working remotely 4/6 years of experience; proficient in developing software in Python and Linux. Confident with several alternative high level languages. Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts, large-scale software architecture, networking and distributed systems, UNIX/Linux environments Working knowledge of TCP, HTTP and UDP protocols, REST and JSON Passion for building production-grade dynamically scalable services and have participated in fast paced teams.
