Overview
Must have previous experience working with engineers. Ensure all works are deployed within the quickest possible time and completed prior to the target completion date. Provide support & advice to operatives and scheduling team on procedures Ensure that scheduling supports exceptional contract delivery Allocating resources in the most efficient manner Ensure prompt resolution of queries and complaints. Escalate where required Be a point of contact for operatives, client and customer Allocate appropriate tasks to multi-trade operatives. Ie: send a carpenter to quote for a carpenter role Ensure jobs are not kept open for longer then 30 days. If necessary, close down for invoicing or if client requests a date longer then 30 days, then change dates on system to reflect Oversee booking in of PPMs. Ensure any follow up works are passed back to the Quotes Administrator for further quoting Ensure once PPMs are completed, that they are signed off ready to be invoiced at end of month Planning of long and short term general building (GB) work Keep accurate and on-going check on all outstanding/unfinished GB work Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with works carried out Deal with customer complaints in a timely fashion and resolve within 48 hours Secondary Work closely with GB Supervisor, to assist in identifying courses for Engineers Assist GB Supervisor and Purchaser to ensure that materials are available to Engineers on site Requirements & Qualifications Essential Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure Fluent English Speaking Relevant supervisor and safety experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent customer communication skills Good computer knowledge
