Cardiff state of the art facility 73 beds UK Wide healthcare Aged Care Provider FAB SALARY & BENEFITS ON OFFER Yolk are proud to be working along side one of the leading aged care providers in the UK and are now on the look out for a Care Home manager for a large state of the art care home near Ely Cardiff The Job You are responsible for the overall management of the Home, all measured through key performance indicators such as sales leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and through regulatory CQC compliance. About you Essential for the role Proven management experience at a similar level Established leadership skills to manage large teams Effective multi-tasking and prioritisation Strong commercial business awareness with PL Accountability and Sales and Marketing expertise Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable What we will give you They believe that happier employees provide a better level of resident care and delivery in their role.
