Overview

Location: London Marylbone Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) We’re looking for a highly personable, driven Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team to deliver incredible experiences for our B2B customers. You will play an essential role in meeting our growth targets by ensuring our customers are using our solution for all their visa requirements. This includes everything from delivering a professional seamless onboarding experience to customer retention. You will be an integral part of the team with opportunities to grow your career within the organisation. As a fast growing start up we’re rapidly learning and evolving ourselves, and will look to you to do the same. Responsibilities: Building personal, trusted relationships at all levels with B2B customers from the initial onboarding phase to long-term advocate Onboarding new customers and providing valuable training and support to ensure smooth transition Being an expert on our product, providing support to customers both in person and remotely ensuring they are using our technology to fulfil all their visa requirements Hold regular review meetings with customers to proactively address concerns, identifying customer requirements and offering value at all times Advocate of the customer within our organisation feeding back opportunities and liaising with support to ensure the customer feels fully supported at all times. Advocate of VDash promoting our company and product across the wider eco system Requirements · Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Proven ability work and thrive in fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment · PowerPoint and Excel skills
