Consultant - Cyber security – UK based – Competitive salary A well regarded cyber security consultancy who provide leading resilience services are looking for a Consultant to join their team based on-site across the UK. By forging consultative relationships with your clients, the management of you team, projects and client base will ensure that the company stands out from the rest. Working with the team you will own the relationship with your accounts. What’s Expected: · Understanding of techniques for exploiting security vulnerabilities · Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networks and web applications · Ability to work autonomously and manage your time either when on or between assignments · Solid client-facing skills and ability to support and manage current relationships. · Excellent written communication skills · Lead client-facing jobs and manage projects through to completion, dealing with client issues acting as a project lead and as an interface between the company and the client · Deliver a range of penetration testing services, including at least one to a high level · Manage and coordinate resources on projects to utilise the team to its maximum, to ensure successful delivery · Provide training and mentoring to other consultants on projects · Write reports to a high standard, and review reports of other consultants · Liaise with clients to understand their requirements to contribute to the scoping of new business · Build relationships with client contacts and identifying new opportunities · Carry out research and development work as required Background and Experiences: · Focused approach on the customer requirements · Penetration Testing in an IT Consultancy or blue-chip environment · Performing solo penetration tests from start to finish · Writing reports and face to face presenting to clients · Experience with working with commercial teams to scope client requirements · Experience in resolving issues with clients at a senior level · Knowledge of industry compliance and regulation requirements How will you benefit?
