Actuarial Consultant - FTC
Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the world's most well-recognised consultancy brands. This is a business that partners with each of its clients to ensure robust assignment delivery, on time and to budget. The exposure you will get as an actuary, whether training or qualified, is excellent with genuine room to make a direct impact on your client business. You will work closely with colleagues to support a particular client on a time-sensitive project and advise on Life and Pensions products. You will bring strong experience of: the calculations underpinning Life and Pensions products; knowledge of systems testing and specifying changes; engaging with wider teams in the business to deliver the project. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with a possibility of going permanent if this would be of interest. This role would particularly suit actuarial students, trainees or nearly/newly qualified actuaries seeking broader exposure to the world of consultancy. This role can be done on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hours and potentially some scope to work from home.
