Financial Regulatory Body, senior lawyer, London City, White-Collar / Regulatory / Commercial Litigation Your new company This company is independent financial regulatory body in the UK and Ireland. They promote integrity and transparency within businesses. They are now looking for a senior lawyer to join the central London office. Your new role You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary department. You will work alongside legal assistants, lawyers and forensic accountants in high-profile investigations. You will be the driving force behind the investigations, taking the lead role in any team cases and ensuring that paralegals, lawyers and accounts are working to the best of their abilities. You will additionally frequently liaise with experts and external solicitors and will run the preparation for the tribunal hearings. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will be a solicitor or barrister with substantial experience within a white-collar crime and/or regulatory and/or commercial litigation practice area. You will be leading a team so experience in managing would be ideal.
