Second Line Analyst Needed in Milton Keynes Temporary Second Line Analyst job, Milton Keynes, £11.40 an hour (PAYE), working through a leading IT service provider for our end client Santander. This leading IT infrastructure company, based in Milton Keynes, is one of the fastest growing companies in its sector. You will gain exposure working with supporting large organisations within the business, including leading worldwide banks and car manufacturers. Due to increase in workload, a temporary Second Line Analyst is needed as soon as possible. You'll work in a team of Second Line Analysts being point of contact and providing responsive technical support for all end user faults. You'll create and maintain knowledge articles on internal knowledge base. You'll need to be able to perform a complex range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements. Previous experience in a Technical IT Support Role is essential, and experience of working in a financial institution is advantageous. You will need to be able to demonstrate 2nd Line experience of supporting and applying complex technical solutions across Windows 7 & 10. In depth knowledge of user profiles, remote connectivity and AD is required. You will have excellent working knowledge of Windows OS and applications and some MAC OS support knowledge. You'll be offered a salary of £11.40 an hour, plus 4 weeks of training. You'll also benefit from on-site car parking.
