Overview
Develops friendly and respectful relationships with Residents. Enables Resident’s to maintain their well-being by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests. Leads by example of excellent attitude and care practices. Manages the care of allocated Residents. Manage the performance of allocated Named Carers and Care Assistants. Job Description: Ensure that the daily clinical and care requirements of all Residents are met according to their individual care plan, habits and lifestyle Maintains the overall well-being of all Residents on a daily basis Contribute to achieve efficient functioning of the home. Ensure the effective use of resources. Maintain compliance to Companies policies, procedures and systems Manages the admission of allocated Residents. Maximises the physical and psychological wellbeing of allocated Residents through care planning Ensures that the Residents social and leisure needs are met on a daily basis. Contributes to maximising the performance of care staff. Key Skills/Experience Required: You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN) Update DBS check / willing to undergo a DBS check Ideally minimum of 12 months experience in a Care Home with Vulnerable Adults or similar setting Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record Ability to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant information Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clients Good written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
