Overview
I have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to work within a well-established company in their Residential and Supported Living Services in Redruth. You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs. This role with find you enhancing and enriching people's quality of life helping them plan and engage in activities. You will maintain the health, wellbeing and emotional needs of adults whilst ensuring their safety. Day-to-Day duties; -Maintain the safety of Residents -Maintain care plans -Write daily reports -Maintain risk assessments -Work as part of team -Ensure a stable, happy and caring environment -Domestic work Candidate Requirements; -Personal, voluntary or paid experience within the Social Care sector Pay/Contract; -£8.71 p/h -This is for either a Full or Part Time position -Sleep ins paid at £50 per sleep -On call duties paid at £12.50 p/h -Typical shift patterns range between 7AM-10PM -You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends If you are ready for a challenge, are resilient and hard working then this is the role for you Get in contact with Sarah Parsons at BS Social Care.
