Overview
Job Title: Automation Tester Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Bonus Location: Cardiff Acorn is currently recruiting for an Automation Tester based in luxurious offices in Cardiff City Centre. The client is a large financial services organisation that has embarked on a significant growth plan over the past three years in an aim to scale from 500 to 1000 staff - with a focus being on the technology front. This is an exciting time as the organisation is also now using their financial backing, existing relationships and reputation to spin out internal start-up products with the aim of building cutting-edge platforms that offer completely fresh approaches to existing markets. As an Automated Tester you will work closely with the Test Manager to develop and configure the test automation capabilities within the organisation. The company operate with flexible methodology favouring Agile wherever possible and are looking to become fully Agile in the near future. Essential experience: Experience in Selenium Web Driver, C#, Continuous Integration / Deployment tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, GoCD) Deployment Management Tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, PowerShell Experience in Zephyr or X-Ray or other testing management tools Proven record of successful software testing in complex commercial environments. Exposure to Agile & Waterfall development methodologies. Benefit from: Up to 50k basic salary. 35 hour work week. Non-contractual bonus. Enhanced Pension scheme & private healthcare.
