Overview

We have a brilliant opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a very talented technology team for a reputable and innovative company based in Manchester Based out of their modern offices you will be responsible for providing 2nd & 3rd line support to all IT issues and incidents, making sure that the Daybook process are run & reported on. Logging, analysing, triaging and prioritising these issues - you'll make sure that all resolutions are provided and completed in an efficient, timely manner. Along with BAU you will also work closely with internal & external development teams on new systems and change projects as well as working with the IT leadership team to help define project scope, budgets and schedules. Skills & Responsibilities: Proven experience working within IT Operations & Service delivery team providing application support. Experience working within an ITIL environment Good understanding of the Atlas SMT Workflow and solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Excellent technical problem -solving skills using logical and efficient approaches. Understanding of one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics (CRM System) Sharepoint (Collaboration toolkit) Confluence AIA (Document generation) FOCUS (Insurance policy systems) This role will involve working shifts to cover 8.00 -20.00 Monday to Friday however this is rewarded with an excellent benefits package Please click apply or email for more details
