Temporary Meals on Wheels Driver required in Wakefield. Delivering to Wakefield and surrounding areas. The hours are for Monday - Sunday working 3 hours per day. With Potential to Cover Holidays and Sickness. Paid Holiday Uniform In House Training. Driving Licence & Own Transport is Essential. Including business insurance. We are seeking compassionate, warm and committed individuals to join us as Community Assistants to assist us in the delivery of meals to elderly vulnerable clients in their own homes. Reliability and honesty are key in this role. No experience is necessary as we will provide all training however previous driving or delivery experience would be an advantage. Community Assistants will undergo 'Peace of Mind Training’ which covers health and well being topics. The ideal candidate would be a safe driver, a supportive team member, caring, dependable, polite and helpful. They should show attention to details and have excellent communication skills. We offer paid holiday, uniform and in house training. You should have a passion for helping others. All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure.
