£55,000 - £60,000 p/a | 37.5 Hour Contract - Days | Great Benefits A leading Salford hospital currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN/Adult Nurse with acute nursing background to work as Matron/Head of Clinical Services. You will contribute to service development and budgetary management, ensuring a cost-effective service which doesn’t compromise on quality of care. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Band 7 looking to make the next step in management, and applicants for this Matron/Head of Clinical Services post should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Level 1 Adult Nurse/RGN Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior/managerial role within an acute ward setting, ideally also with outpatients/day surgery/ambulatory care experience Able to demonstrate clinical credibility Confident managing staff, budgets and resources and able to manage and monitor departmental performance Well organised, with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to motivate a clinical team Have completed post-registration studies including a professional management qualification and further clinical studies relevant to this role For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
