Overview
Are you looking for an HR Specialist - Learning & Development role in which your contribution really matters? If so this could be the role for you Badenoch Clark and working in partnership with an innovative organisation to recruit for a HR specialist with a L&D focus for a one year FTC. In this role you will provide expertise in the field of learning by curating learning content and designing learning experiences. You stay connected with the local and global L&D network and facilitate learning sessions. You take ownership for the core HR Processes ensuring that KPIs are met i.e. data quality and service delivery. You ensure data quality in learning management systems. Key Responsibilities Design learning experiences by using different learning media Offer learning advice to our employees Facilitate sessions and workshops with different groups of people Own projects and deliver on them Provide exemplary internal customer service Driving the evolution of employee experience through continuous learning and career development The ideal candidate: Proven 3 years' experience in the field of HR and in the usage of different HR systems i.e. Workday, SAP Proven experience in facilitation of learning sessions/workshops Experience in the usage of different digital learning trends Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating outcome-focused learning sessions Demonstrated experience in learning agility Experience in managing full employee life cycle processes i.e. from onboarding to offboarding This is a fantastic opportunity, please apply today
