Overview
Software Development Manager Major UK Company are looking for a Software Development Manager to join their Leicester office. This is a management and leadership focused role which will see you guiding, inspiring and mentoring a team of circa 15 who are building and developing industry leading software. This positon will suit you if: You enjoy motivating and mentoring developers and testers You have a passion for ensuring software is built and delivered to the highest of standards You are a strong people and project manager You have a broad technical understanding of developing in a Microsoft environment You have embraced Agile This positon will not be right if: You with to remain a hands on developer. There are plenty of opportunities I can talk to you about which are hands on .Net roles in Leicester but I’m afraid this isn’t one of them. You are looking for remote work. The company have a great new office and a close knit team. Home working does happen but the current team work together in Leicester most the time and are looking for a Manager to do the same. In return you will receive a completive salary which is reviewed annually, clear objectives and support from the Senior Management, the freedom to build and evolve your team and the variety of working on different projects and initiatives.
